Can I Use My Insurance?
We are a cash based practice, while we do have the capabilities to bill insurance for certain specific services we offer, insurance plans only cover a certain limit in service, in some situations we may end up using the totality of a plan’s yearly allowance over the course of multiple visits.
If we were to become solely an insurance based practice, that would limit the time which we get to spend with clients, what assessments need to be done, and would restrict the hours needed to completely help people. This wouldn’t allow us to provide the best possible care for our clients, and so we’ve decided to step outside the insurance model so that we can give our clients the care, time, and attention that they deserve to have.
We accept credit cards, checks, and e-transfers or cash; and a portion of our fees, for certain services, can be billed to insurance upon request.
